Astro Pneumatic's steering wheel remover compresses the steering wheel lock plate to remove or install the snap ring. The swivel end feature of the forcing screw protects the steering column steering wheel lock plate compressor. Compatible for systems equipped with a redundant entertainment and climate control circuit boards. Five sets of cap screws are included for various thread sizes: 3/8"-16 x 3 1/2", 5/16"-18 x 3 1/2", 5/16"-24 x 3 1/2", M8-1.25 x 90mm and 5/16"-18 x 4" (SIR)
- Ideal for removing steering wheels of most domestic and import vehicles with or without telescoping tilt steering columns
- Specially designed to screw into the steering wheel without damaging the SIR coil assembly or entertainment/climate control circuit board.
- Blow molded case keeps the tools organized and easy to transport
