In The Swim ClearAway CYA Lowers Cyanuric Acid Levels Up to 20 PPM Per Week - Use in Skimmer Basket with Pump Running 24x7

In The Swim ClearAway CYA protects your swimming pool water from the sun's harmful UV rays, which can reduce the effectiveness of tablets and granules. Cyanuric Acid (CYA), also known as stabilizer or conditioner, can accumulate in your pool over time. Our ClearAway CYA effectively removes this buildup. ClearAway CYA can lower Cyanuric Acid levels by 15-20 PPM per week, depending on the flow rate and pump run time. The total amount of Cyanuric Acid removed is determined by the contact time as the water flows through the pouch.

• Lowers CYA levels: will lower CYA levels 15-20 ppm per week, depending on pump run time and water flow. You need high quality test strips to measure CYA > 100 ppm or a reagent kit.
• Instructions: balance the pool's pH between 7.2-7.6, then simply put the pouch into your skimmer basket and run the pump at 1500 RPM or slower for 24 hours per day until CYA tests in range (30-100 ppm).
• Note: stop using stabilized chlorine and switch to liquid chlorine during treatment. Remove the ClearAway CYA Remover pouch from the skimmer basket for 24 hours whenever adding chlorine to the pool. This includes adding pool shock such as calcium hypochlorite, sodium dichlor, chlorine granular, etc.
• Weekly, rinse the pouch with a hose for 5 minutes to keep it clean and functioning. Dispose of pouch in the trash when done.
• If you have two skimmers, you can use one pouch per skimmer for faster results, but do not put two pouches in one basket. You need proper water flow for the best results.
