Our Dark Sweet Cherry 68 brix concentrate is not an extract, but a pure juice concentrate, made from 100% pure fruit juice. Only the water is evaporated, leaving behind pure juice. It is all natural, no added sugar, no preservative or other additives. The average single strength is 20.0 brix. The approximate dilution rate is 1:3.2, yielding roughly 1.0+ gallons of single strength juice per quart. This concentrate is available in quarts, 1.5 gal, 3 gallon, 4 gallon, and 52 gallon drums. Dark sweet cherry is a great ingredient for beer, wine, mead, spirits, hard cider, jelly, flavoring meat or other products, or to make an all natural drink (or add flavor to a current drink).

• AVAILABILITY: Availability for 100% Pure Dark Sweet Cherry Fruit Juice Concentrate: 1 quart (1/32 fl oz bottle), 2 quarts (2/32 fl oz bottles), or a 4 quart (4/32 fl oz bottles).
• STORAGE: It is best to be refrigerated upon receipt. If stored longer than 2 weeks we suggest to store in freezer. When ready to use, thaw slightly (overnight), use what you need and return remaining concentrate to a freezer until ready to use again. Freezer self-life up to 24 months, opened or un-opened.
• FLAVORING: Excellent for flavoring for many food/drink products such as Tea, Meats, CBC products, Ice Cream, Standard Cider, Slushies and more. Many beer brewers use in the secondary fermentation for flavor.
• Our concentrates can be used in Jelly production, bakeries, and more. Many use WHITE GRAPE CONCENTRATE as a sweetener for ‘No-sugar’ Jam or Jelly. LEMON CONCENTRATE can also be used to adjust the pH to get better results from their pectin.
