The REESE Towpower Kwik-Slide Fifth Wheel Hitch Slider slides a full 10-inches with the fifth wheel attached to allow for a greater turning radius during low-speed maneuvering. This slider is designed for shortbed trucks to prevent damage to trucks and trailers in tight spaces. For low-speed maneuvering, simply release the high-leverage handle, set your trailer brakes and pull forward to slide it into position. The sliding fifth wheel hitch slider is rated up to 20,000 lbs. towing capacity. For use with 16K and 20K model fifth wheel hitches, the slider works with full-size and compact trucks and features forged mounting feet for wide consistent attachment to rails (Part No. #30035 or #58058, sold separately). Fully adjustable with trailer attached, the contoured, six-roller design with 10-inch travel fore-and-aft floats from side to side to accommodate mounting systems that may not be fully square. Requires Universal Base Rail Kit (Part No. #30035 or #30095, sold separately). Minimum 13-inch extended trailer pin box recommended.
