Zinsser SealCoat Universal Sanding Sealer is the ideal solution for treating doors, trim, baseboards, paneling, cabinets, shelves, furniture, floors, stairs and more. Suited for pretreating softwoods prior to staining or as a bond coat over previously coated surfaces. Creates an ultra-smooth, buildable finish that can be easily sanded for amazing final results.

- Wax-free formula is compatible with all clear finish topcoats including oil-based polyurethanes
- Dries to the touch in 5-10 minutes and covers between 400-600 sq. ft. per gallon
