Agreement to Terms of Use constitutes a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity (“you”) and Skin Studio by V. (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), concerning your access to and use of the Skin Studio by V/www.skinstudiobyv.ca website as well any other forms of media, media channel, or any/all application related, linked, or otherwise (“collectively, the “Site”). Skin Studio by V is registered in Ontario, Canada. By accessing and using the Site, you have read, understood and agree to be bound to the Terms of Use. 1. Services/Products

We are committed to providing the highest level of treatments and products. We strive to offer the bet products and services and will do our best to ensure you have a positive experience

  • Skin Studio by V provides skincare and hair treatments as outlined on our website.
  • Services and products are non-refundable.  All sales are final.
  • Treatment Packages: Packages are to be used by the person named on the package and cannot be shared.

2. Appointments

  • Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 48 hours in advance or 50% of the service fee will be charged.
  • Late cancellations may incur a fee.
  • Arriving late may result in a shortened or canceled session.
  • If you are a NO SHOW, you will forfeit the service fee.
  • If you are more than 10 minutes late your appointment will be cancelled/rescheduled.
  • No guests are permitted, parents may accompany minor under the age of 18.
3. Payments
  • All payments must be made in full at the time of booking or service delivery.
  • We accept major payment methods. Secure payment processing is provided by third-party vendors.
4. Medical Disclaimer
  • Our services are not a substitute for medical advice. Consult a qualified healthcare provider for medical concerns.
  • You must inform us of any allergies, conditions, or medications before treatment.

5. Liability

  • Skin Studio by V is not responsible for adverse reactions resulting from undisclosed medical conditions or improper aftercare.
  • We are not liable for delays or interruptions caused by events beyond our control.
  • While we strive to provide effective and high-quality treatments, individual results may vary and cannot be guaranteed.
6. Privacy
  • Personal information is collected and processed per our Privacy Policy.
7. Intellectual Property
  • All content on our website, including text, images, and branding, is owned by Skin Studio by V. Unauthorized use is prohibited.
